One attendee connected to live audio/video for one minute. A 60-minute event with 100 attendees on video uses 6,000 participant-minutes.
What happens if I hit my cap?
On Free and Starter, the event ends automatically and you're prompted to upgrade. On Growth and Scale, overage is metered and added to your next invoice at the rate shown.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of your billing period. Stripe prorates automatically.
